Cancelation and Reschedule Policy

After being burned repeatedly in 2017, a Cancelation and Reschedule Policy has been put in place to encourage timely communication if a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Please note, I no longer offer cash refunds for canceled appointments; all refunds are credited back to the client’s account to be used at a later date.  All hours/minutes listed in the policies below will be taken from the time of the appointment.

 

If a client needs to cancel:

    48+ Hours – 100% of the appointment cost will be credited to their account, 0% Cancellation Fee.

    24-47 Hours – 75% of the appointment cost will be credited to their account, 25% Cancellation Fee.

    1-23 Hours – 50% of the appointment cost will be credited to their account, 50% Cancellation Fee.

    1-0 Hour or No Call / No Show - 0% of the appointment cost will be credited to their account, 100% Cancellation Fee.

 

If a client needs to reschedule:

    12+ Hours – No Reschedule Fee

    1-11 Hours – $2 Reschedule Fee

    59-5 Minutes – $5 Reschedule Fee

    5-0 Minutes – $10 Reschedule Fee

                Any client requests to reschedule after the appointment time has passed is still considered a No Call / No Show after 5 minutes past the appointment time and will be charged the 100% Cancellation Fee given in the Cancelation Policy above.
